Our Simple, Monthly Fees

At Westlake Woods, we don’t charge for “every little extra thing”!

Our Simple, Monthly Fees include the use of the Apartment Home, all of our Resident Services, and, most importantly, all of our Health Care Services!

There is no long term lease required.  Our Residents enter into a simple, Residency Agreement that may be terminated with 30 days advance notice at any time and for any reason.

Our Fees are based upon the style of apartment home you select from our Traditional Suites, our Deluxe Suites, our One Bedroom Traditional, and our One Bedroom Deluxe.

Our Traditional Suites, including services and care, are available for less than $66.00 per day!
