A Retirement Counselor will call you to schedule a personal visit to preview our model apartment home. Complete a Resident Application Have your family Physician complete The Winds at Mattern Orchard Medical Evaluation. One of The Winds at Mattern Orchard Care Professionals will schedule an appointment with you to conduct a personalized care assessment. Complete a Residency Agreement with The Winds at Mattern Orchard Schedule your “Move-In” day!
