A Retirement Counselor will call you to schedule a personal visit to preview our model apartment home. Complete a Resident Application Have your family Physician complete a Salida Woods Medical Evaluation. One of our Salida Woods Care Professionals will schedule an appointment with you to conduct a personalized care assessment. Complete a Residency Agreement with Salida Woods Schedule your “Move-In” day!
