I prayed for a place for Mom to live in which she would not feel sad and for which I would not feel guilty.
Richland Woods is our Christmas gift!
God bless, Gloria Rhule
Thank you for providing our father a comfortable & loving environment. Your mission to the elderly is invaluable.

Dear Staff,
Just a note to extend my heartfelt gratitude to you for the beautiful flowers upon my arrival at Southwoods but especially for your kindness and making me feel welcome. SouthWoods is
a beautiful facility and I am enjoying my comfortable apartment. I am also impressed with the kindness, caring, and expertize of your wonderful staff.
God Bless, Helen Baron
Dear Staff,
Couldn’t have done it without you! Your assistance and patience during a very stressful time was greatly appreciated. I wanted you to know that we have only good things to say about your staff.

Dear Staff,
I want to thank you for all the assistance you have shown to my
family in helping the transition of our Mother to her “new home”. I have worked in the field with many people and patients, caregivers, and such, believe me this was a tough time. The
reason we picked Salida Woods is for the interest you took to make it user friendly. I know the steps can be difficult, however, I felt I was home. You answered all questions, whether I liked
the answers or not and being up front is a MUST for me in anything. Another reason is it is not too big for Mom. I did not want her to feel lost, and I know she really gets in the routine
she will be comfortable. The dining routine is a social area where Mom is doing very well. She also has enjoyed some of the visiting that she is still able to do. Wherever this path will
take our family I feel confident that Salida will be there for Mom always. Thank you again for all your interest.
Sincerely, Vida M. Prekler
To our family, friends and neighbors,
Helen and I have moved to an assisted living complex in Mentor, Ohio. This is an excellent place to live: spacious grounds, a
comfortable apartment, a splendid dining room, laundry service, beauty shop, and attentive staff, flexible hours, and a generally relaxed atmosphere. The food is first-rate, and plenty of
participatory activities. If any of you have the opportunity to call or visit, you will be most welcome. Helen gets all the medical assistance she needs, and while I am 100% intact, with no
disabilities, we can continue to live together. Best wishes for a wonderful Christmas and New Year.

Dear Hawthorne Woods,
Thank you for the support and understanding when it was desparately needed - all the calls that were so graciously returned and the true concern for my mom, (& me too!)
Debbie Garside
Dear Friends,
A sincere Thank You to all of you who made my mom’s stay at Westlake so special. When she first came she was so unsure
of herself and you gave her such gentle and kind support that she felt welcomed and care for immediately. She would often tell me about little kindnesses you did for her from fixing her TV
remote to giving her a hug before bed. You are truly special people and I will always remember everything you did for my mom.
Sincerely, Nancy Jinglesk
I am writing this letter to thank LifeServices Network for the support which you provided in assisting in my mother’s move to Westlake Woods. Because of the personal efforts of your staff
in coordination and direct supervision of that move, my mother was able to make a positive transition from the independent living community to Westlake Woods without incident or undue emotional distress.
Had it not been for my personal confidence in you from prior
experience when my mother was in assisted care five years ago I would have had to make an emergency trip to Erie to see personally to my mother’s care upon her release from the rehab
center. This would have been at best a daunting task since I have not lived in Erie since 1961 and am not familiar with the assisted care options available for someone like my mother.
Your extraordinary efforts made this emergency trip unnecessary and as a result I was able to come to Erie in June to get my mother finally settled in at Westlake Woods and participate in
her one-month evaluation and update of her ongoing care plan.
Finally I can say that at the end of my week’s stay I was able to
return to California with confidence that my mother had joined a five-star community well matched to her needs and staffed by a group of first-rate caring professionals who will provide the
support my mother now needs and will need into the future.
Best Regards, Frank J Fredericks
Dear Staff
Our family is most grateful for the care, concern and dedication that is given to all residents of your facility, and especially for the
excellent treatment Dad received while living here. The care he received from all the staff - administrators, nurses, social workers, activity directors, aides, housekeepers, kitchen staff,
maintenance - was exceptional. You went out of your way to accommodate his needs, pulling in outside resources to make sure he was given the best care available in order to remain in his home with Karin.
We understand you have a need for stand-up garden for the residents’ enjoyment. We would like to donate $250.00 and suggest that it be used for the structure and appropriate plants,
with any remaining funds to be used for a flowering tree and rose bushes, which Edgar loved... If so used, perhaps a plaque could be placed on the stand-up garden frame in his honor. Dad
enjoyed gardening, and would be pleased to have this activity available to residents.
We know the wonderful care you gave Dad will continue for our mother, Karin.
With our thanks, Judy and Ron Johnson and Family, David and Payoun Nelson and Family
Dear Mr. Coughlin and Mr. Allen,
How can we fully express our total awe and satisfaction with the care we have watched our mother, Marian Knepper, receive at
SouthWoods! From our first contact with Ruth Boyle and further work with Lori Graham, we have been completely delighted with the wit and knowledge these capable gals have demonstrated.
The entire staff, right through to Chef Allan in the kitchen, has mirrored their caring, supportive attitude . . . even to the point of Allan helping us carry in a sleeper sofa!
Our mother, Marian Knepper, was self-supporting, totally
independent one day, when suddenly, she was struck down with a massive stroke; one that no one thought she would survive. But, there she is, in SouthWoods, almost walking again and
being so lovingly cared for by everyone, that she has a new lease on life! Such kindness and patience can not be taken for granted!
We want to thank you and congratulate you for the successful,
comfortable, safe oasis you have created in Titusville, Pennsylvania for families like ours. The facilities are fashionable, squeaky clean and welcoming but it is the PEOPLE who make SouthWoods so special!
Sincerely yours,
Robert G. Cunningham
